ANMA has a nondiscriminatory policy, with membership open to individuals with Doctor of Naturopathy (N.D.) or Doctor of Naturopathic Medicine (N.M.D.), as well as other health care fields. Some of our members hold other medical degrees: M.D., D.O., D.D.S., O.M.D., H.M.D., and D.C. All of our members have a strong commitment to the philosophy, art and science, of natural therapeutics. * American College for Advancement in Medicine
The American College for Advancement in Medicine (ACAM) is a not-for-profit medical society dedicated to educating physicians and other health care professionals on the latest findings and emerging procedures in preventive/nutritional medicine. ACAM’s goals are to improve skills, knowledge and diagnostic procedures as they relate to complementary and alternative medicine; to support research; and to develop awareness of alternative methods of medical treatment.

Established in 1959 to promote scientific endeavor in the field of nutritional sciences.
* American Holistic Medical Association
The AHMA was founded in 1978 to unite licensed physicians who practice holistic medicine. AHMA membership is open to licensed medical doctors (MDs) and doctors of osteopathic medicine (DOs) from every specialty, and the medical students studying for those degrees. Associate membership is also open to those health care practitioners certified, registered, or licensed in the state in which they practice.

OHM was founded in 1994 to promote orthomolecular health medicine, based on the medical use of nutrients, detoxification from pollutants, and physiological support of healing.
